The Forward Partnership

Lead with your neurodiversity, not around it.

Private one-to-one coaching for neurodivergent founders, CEOs and senior leaders. A strategic sounding board who understands your mind from the inside, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

  • Limited to 8 partners at a time
  • 20+ years across neurodiversity and business
  • Built around how you think
Does this sound familiar?

You are working harder than anyone in the room.

And you still feel like you are getting things wrong.

What it looks like

  • Reading, spelling and remembering take more effort than anyone sees
  • So much to do, and no clear way to organise it
  • Hours of work that never seem to move things forward
  • Decision fatigue that builds by the afternoon

What it feels like

  • Self-doubt, and worry about what people think
  • A constant fear of getting it wrong
  • Masking the difficulty so nobody notices
  • Carrying the whole business alone

You have probably tried the guides, the toolkits and the productivity systems. They were built for a different brain, with no structure around you and no one to help make them fit. That is not a personal failing. It is a support gap.

The approach

Understand yourself. Work differently. Move forward.

The Forward Partnership is practical, personal and strategic. It is not a fixed programme. We start with you, then turn understanding into action.

1

Understand yourself

How your neurodiversity shapes the way you think, work, lead and decide.

2

Recognise what works

Your strengths, your existing strategies and the conditions where you do your best work.

3

Explore what could change

Systems, delegation, technology and AI that remove unnecessary difficulty.

4

Move forward

Realistic actions you can test, review and build on, without becoming somebody you are not.

The partnership

A thinking partner in your corner, every week.

This is my highest level of one-to-one coaching. It suits leaders who want consistent, personal support alongside the demands of running a business.

  • A 90-minute first session to map how you work best
  • Two 60-minute strategy sessions every month
  • Ongoing support between sessions
  • Quarterly planning to line up your business with your capacity

Apply for a conversation

£2,000 / month

3-month minimum, then rolling monthly. Covered by the first-month guarantee below.

Founding partner places: the first three partners join at £1,500 a month. In return, I ask for an honest testimonial and, with your permission, an anonymised case study.
What is included

Everything is designed to take load off, not add to it.

The Neuro-Map session

A 90-minute first session where we document how you work best: your environment, your energy and your thinking patterns. Everything after it is built on this.

Two strategy sessions a month

Two 60-minute one-to-one sessions to work through your highest-priority bottlenecks, decisions and plans.

Support between sessions

A private channel for the moments you hit a wall. I reply on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and you may sometimes hear back on other days. Voice notes are welcome.

Monthly Neuro-Audit

A review of your upcoming calendar and commitments, so your focus and energy are protected before the month starts.

Your personal toolkit

An executive-function toolkit built around how you process information, not a template.

Quarterly strategy session

A deeper planning session to line up your business direction with your personal capacity.

AI prompt library

Prompts for admin, planning and summarising, tuned to the way you work.

Specialist introductions

Access to vetted, neuro-inclusive contractors and specialists when you are ready to delegate.

Accessible by design

Coaching that works the way you read, think and remember.

Short summaries

After every session you receive a brief bullet-point summary of what we agreed. No long documents to wade through.

Audio versions

Written material is available as audio, so you can listen when reading is the harder route.

Voice notes

Message me in whichever way is easiest. A voice note is just as welcome as text.

Who it is for

Is this right for you?

This is for you if

  • You are a founder, CEO, director or senior leader
  • You are dyslexic, ADHD, autistic, dyspraxic or otherwise neurodivergent, diagnosed or not
  • You want a personal, strategic partner, not another generic toolkit
  • You are ready to invest in how you work, not just what you do

It is not for you if

  • You want someone to do the work for you
  • You are looking for a diagnosis or clinical treatment
  • You want a fixed, one-size-fits-all programme

Coaching is not therapy or medical care. If you need that kind of support, I will happily point you towards it.

Arran Smith

About Arran

I have lived this from the inside.

I was diagnosed with severe dyslexia at the age of nine. Since then, understanding neurodiversity has shaped both my personal and professional life.

For more than 20 years I have worked across neurodiversity, education, accessibility, assistive technology, business and entrepreneurship. I have worked in corporate life, as a contractor, in the not-for-profit sector and as a founder.

I love strategy, and I love working with people. I am not the person who hands you another list of tasks. I am the one in your corner who helps you think clearly, see what is possible and take the next step.

The guarantee

A clear, measurable promise.

In your first week and again at the end of your first month, you score yourself from 1 to 10 on two things: your clarity and your confidence in your decisions.

If neither score has risen after your first full month, I will refund that month’s fee in full. No questions asked.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I need a formal diagnosis?

No. If your brain works differently and standard advice has never quite fitted, that is enough. This is about understanding how you work, not a label.

How much of my time will this take?

Two 60-minute sessions a month, plus the messages you choose to send. There is no homework and no rigid structure to keep up with. The aim is to give you time back.

I have tried coaching before and it did not stick.

That is common. Generic frameworks assume a brain that works one way. This partnership starts with a 90-minute session about you, and everything is built around it.

Is £2,000 a month worth it?

Think about what a month of overwhelm costs: delayed decisions, missed opportunities and hours spent organising instead of leading. This is an investment in the person who runs everything else. The first-month guarantee is there so you can find out safely.

What if we are not a good fit?

That is what the first conversation is for. We talk, and if it is not right, you have lost nothing.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. Sessions and messages are private between us.

How many people do you work with?

No more than eight partners at a time. That is a real limit, set so every partner gets my full attention.

Next step

Let's have a conversation.

The first step is a short, relaxed chat to talk about what you are looking for and whether I am the right person to work with you. There is no pressure and no obligation.
