Understand yourself. Work differently. Move forward.

One-to-one coaching for neurodiverse individuals

Practical, personalised coaching to help you better understand yourself, recognise what works for you and make changes that support your work, life and everyday experiences.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you start.

You might know you are dyslexic, ADHD, autistic, dyspraxic or otherwise neurodiverse. You might have recently received a diagnosis or assessment. Or you might simply know that the way you think, work and experience the world is different.

Together, we start with understanding.

Let’s start a conversation.

More than advice

Coaching that starts with you

There is no single way to experience neurodiversity, which means there is no single way that coaching should work either. Your strengths, difficulties, experiences, environment, responsibilities and ambitions are individual to you, so the starting point is always understanding what is happening for you right now.

We begin by exploring some simple questions. These are not there to test you or put you on the spot, but to help us build a clearer picture of what is working, what feels difficult and what you would like to change.

What is working?

What is difficult?

What keeps getting in the way?

What are you trying to change?

What could make things easier, more sustainable or more achievable?

Your answers help shape the direction of the coaching. From there, we can start to explore practical ideas, strategies and next steps that are relevant to you, rather than forcing you into a fixed programme.

A simple approach to coaching

My coaching is built around a simple idea: understand what is happening, recognise what already works, explore what could be different and then turn that understanding into practical action. It gives us a clear direction without forcing you into a rigid programme, so the coaching can still adapt to your needs, experiences and goals.

Understand Yourself

Build a clearer understanding of how your neurodiversity affects the way you think, work, communicate and experience everyday life. Start to recognise the patterns, situations and environments that influence how you feel, respond and perform.

Recognise What Works

Explore your strengths, existing strategies and the environments or approaches that help you work at your best. Identify what already supports you so you can use those approaches more intentionally and consistently.

Explore What Could Change

Look at the things that are getting in the way and explore practical strategies, technology, AI and different ways of approaching them. Consider what could be adapted, simplified or done differently to reduce unnecessary difficulty and create more sustainable ways of working.

Move Forward

Turn greater understanding into realistic actions and changes that work for you, rather than trying to fit somebody else’s way of doing things. Focus on practical next steps that you can test, review and build on as your understanding develops.

If this approach feels right for you, the next step is simply to have a conversation. Book a free discovery call and we can explore what is happening for you, what you would like to change and whether one-to-one coaching could support you.

all About Me

About Arran

I was diagnosed with severe dyslexia at the age of nine, and since then understanding neurodiversity has become a major part of both my personal and professional life. For more than 20 years I have worked across neurodiversity, education, accessibility, assistive technology, business, entrepreneurship and inclusive innovation.
My coaching brings together lived experience, professional knowledge and practical thinking. I understand what it can feel like to work differently, build strategies around challenges and use technology to create opportunities, but I also know that every person’s experience is different. My role is not to assume I already have the answer, but to help you understand what is happening, explore what could work and move forward in a way that feels realistic for you.

Lived Experience

My own experience of severe dyslexia has shaped the way I understand learning, work, communication and confidence. It gives me a personal understanding of what it can be like to develop workarounds, question yourself and find different ways of doing things.

More Than 20 Years of Experience

I have spent more than two decades working across neurodiversity, education, accessibility, technology and business. That experience helps me bring together practical knowledge from different areas rather than looking at a challenge through one narrow lens.

Technology and AI

Technology has always played an important role in the way I work and support others. I explore assistive technology and artificial intelligence as practical tools that can reduce barriers, support thinking, improve productivity and help people work in ways that suit them.

Practical, Person-Centred Support

I believe the best support starts with understanding the individual rather than applying a fixed solution. My approach is practical, collaborative and focused on helping you recognise what works, explore what could change and take realistic steps forward.

More than advice

Understand. Challenge. Explore. Act.

I do not believe the best consultancy, coaching or strategic support starts by telling somebody what to do. It starts by understanding the person, organisation, challenge or opportunity in front of us.

My approach brings together lived experience, professional knowledge, curiosity and practical thinking.

Understand

We start by understanding what is happening, what you are trying to achieve and what may be getting in the way.

Challenge

We question assumptions, existing approaches and sometimes the problem itself. A different perspective can reveal opportunities that were previously difficult to see.

Explore

We look at possibilities. That could involve people, processes, technology, AI, accessibility, strategy or simply approaching something differently.

Act

Understanding only becomes useful when something changes. We turn thinking into practical actions, decisions and next steps.

The aim is not for me to arrive with a predetermined answer. It is to work with you to understand the challenge, explore what is possible and create an approach that works in the real world.

Practical support, built around you

My one-to-one coaching is for neurodiverse adults who want to understand themselves better and make practical changes in work, life or everyday situations. You might be an employee, manager, entrepreneur, self-employed, changing career, recently diagnosed, exploring your neurodiversity or simply looking for a different way forward.
The coaching is designed to be useful, not just reflective. That might mean developing a better way to plan your week, reducing overwhelm, preparing for a difficult conversation, exploring technology or AI, working through a business or career decision, recognising strengths you have overlooked or finding strategies that fit the way you naturally think and work.
You do not need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal. We can work that out together and focus on the areas that could make the biggest practical difference.

If you are ready to explore what could make work, life or everyday situations feel more manageable and more aligned with the way you work best, book a free discovery call and we can talk through what support could look like for you.

Work with your neurodiversity, not against it

Many neurodiverse people spend years trying to work in ways that have been designed for somebody else. That can mean trying harder, masking difficulties, relying on workarounds or wondering why something that appears straightforward can sometimes feel much more difficult.
Coaching gives you space to understand what is happening and explore different ways of working that better suit you. The focus is not on fixing you, but on helping you recognise your strengths, reduce unnecessary barriers and develop practical approaches that fit the way you think, process, communicate and operate.
